FIVE WAYS IN WHICH I HAVE HUMAN CAPITAL THAT IS TRULY UNIQUE

INTERVIEWS
Summary: My first interviewee said I have amazing
organization skills that would help me pursue my pet resort. She also mentioned
that I can relate to a variety of people. Lastly, she talked about how much I care
of dogs and how I have a great ability to bond with them.
Summary: My second interviewee said
that I am very caring. He also said that I am understanding as I know the
importance of pets to their owners. Lastly, he said that I am organized.
Summary: My third interviewee said that I
am determined, hardworking, detail oriented and that I start with the end in
mind. She also went into detail about how I have the customer in mind (meaning
the dog) and I am passionate about dog. Lastly, she mentioned that I am dedicated
to anything that I do.
Summary: My fourth interviewee said
that I am caring and have a passion for dogs. He said that I love dogs and that
I am loving for all dogs, not just my own. Lastly, he said that I want to treat
pets the same way or better than their owners do.
Interview #5
Summary: My fifth interviewee said that I have a love and passion for dogs. She also said that I am a hard worker and that I am driven.
CONCLUSION
The way I see myself and how others see me is pretty spot on with a few variables. All of my interviewees recognize my passion for dogs. They also said that I was very caring, which is not something I had included in my list of five unique traits. I think what causes differences has a lot to do with my own self-confidence. Others do not know areas that I think I am lacking confidence in, although I very well may be excelling but I just do not recognize that and other do. I would not make any changes to my original list.

ReplyDeleteAfter reading your post I can truly get a better understanding of who you are and what really differentiates yourself from everyone else. It was very interesting to see your interviews and what the recaps and overviews of them. It's one thing if you think things about yourself, but if other people can recognize them as well then that is special. Consistency is key and the face everyone knew you had a passion for dogs is good and promising for future people who interview you. Overall, great post and details.
