My exit strategy for my business
is to grow it and still own it but have an operator to run the business with in
5- 10 years, so I can open another location. This strategy gives me the ability
to open another location and continue to pursue my dream business. I do not
think my exit strategy has an influence on the business concept. As I still
plan to be involved and own this business I have designed it for me to manage
with the ability to have someone else come in later.
Hi Danielle,
ReplyDeleteI think it is so great that you want to stick with your business concept. I personally think that I would sell my concept to someone else who has more relevant education on the topic.
Danielle,
ReplyDeleteThe fact that you wish to stick with your business through the long haul shows that you have a true passion for the opportunity you have identified. Your approach seems to be growth oriented as you look to expand and open a new location. Once you're able to open a new location, what are your plans from there? How many locations do you plan on opening during the life of the business?
Danielle,
ReplyDeleteI tip my hat to you for choosing to stick with your business and watch it grow for years to come. Building a business from the ground up is not an easy task (as we have all learned throughout this course) and it is great to know that you have created one you feel so passionately that you want to continue to expand it as much as possible. Great work!
